We all get a little groggy during long or even short flights. And if you're anything like me, maybe you're a picky eater too! Here are a few of my favorite snacks to give me some energy and satisfy my sweet tooth!
Green Apples - I love the sour flavor and pair it with a small to-go pack of peanut butter.
Granola Bar - There are so many flavors to choose from, but I prefer the classics like chocolate chip or peanut butter. This is a great way to boost your energy and stay full on a flight.
Water - This may seem obvious, but it's easy to get dehydrated so continue to drink lots of water! You can bring an empty water bottle through security and fill it up afterwards at a water fountain.
Candies - So I may have a little bit of a sweet tooth. Just maybe. I like to bring a bag of Haribo gummy bears to snack on. Not only are they delicious, but because they are so chewy, it will help open up your ears if they are clogged due to the altitude! It's a win-win.
